About Me

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in the treatment of adults, adolescents, families, and parent coaching. I have a nonjudgmental, collaborative and direct approach and am committed to using an integrative approach tailored to your specific needs. Using an evidence-based lens, I work actively with my clients to understand what is driving unwanted behaviors and facilitate the steps needed to make lasting change. My approach is rooted in the belief that everyone has an innate wisdom that needs to be accessed in order to create a meaningful and authentic life.

  • BA in Psychology from Chico State University

  • Intensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapist (DBT)

  • Behavioral Tech DBT Intensive Training 

  • Worked in community based mental health at Seneca Family of Agencies 

  • Worked in schools through North Marin Community Services focusing on child/ adolescent therapy and crisis intervention

Fees and Insurance:

Please contact me to discuss fees.  I do not accept insurance, however I am happy to provide a super bill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
